1. Order Processing & Production Time

Since most of our items are custom-made through our Print-on-Demand (POD) process, each order requires a production period before shipment:

  • Standard Production Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Peak Season/Holidays: During high-volume periods (e.g., November–December), production may take 4–7 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and Asendia to ensure your package arrives safely.

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after the production period, please contact our support team at [email protected].

4. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Reshipment: If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the reshipment costs.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While we strive for perfection, external factors (weather, carrier delays, or customs) may occasionally impact delivery times.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can arrange a replacement.

7. Holiday Notice

During peak holiday seasons (starting from early December), we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas due to carrier volumes. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
