1. 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery.
Zero Return Fees: Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge. Customers will not incur any restocking fees or return shipping costs for eligible items.
Pre-paid Labels: Upon approval, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns.
Return Eligibility & Conditions:
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the returned item must meet the following “As-New” standards:
Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. It must be free from any scents (perfume, smoke, detergent), stains, or pet hair.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all internal labels and tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been fully personalized with customer-specific text or unique uploaded images are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Our production facility operates efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we provide a limited window for changes:
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.
Modifications: Requests to change product details (size, color, design) or shipping addresses must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
Post-Production: Once an order has entered the production phase or has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue
If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please follow our streamlined resolution process:

Provide Details: Include your Order Number and attach clear photographs showcasing the issue (e.g., the damage or the wrong size tag).
Review: Our dedicated support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Upon approval, we will offer you the choice of a free replacement sent to you immediately or a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Method: Approved refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Credit Card).
Timeline: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process the refund. Note that financial institutions may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in instances where Ablegli committed an error in fulfillment.
5. Authorized Return Address
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or processed.
